Nursing care is provided to residents according to their needs. Persons with dementia including Alzheimer's Disease receive professional care according to Kansas regulations. A registered nurse is on duty a minimum of eight hours a day, seven days a week. The facility is Medicaid certified.

A progressive, creative, certified staff provides a wide variety of specialized programs and experiences geared to maximize the interest and ability of each resident.

Special diets and menus are planned by a Registered Dietitian and prepared by our expert dietary staff under the direction of a Certified Dietary Manager.

An individualized plan of care is developed by a team consisting of nursing, social services, activities, dietary, and MDS coordinator. Care plan meetings are every three months or updated as needs change.

When appropriate, discharge planning begins upon admission of the resident so that the return home is smooth and well coordinated.
